The Napier family have been involved in the building industry since the early 1900. WJ Napier & Sons was established in 1972. Through total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction we have grown to become a highly successful contractor within the private, commercial and the public sectors, in Northern Ireland and the UK Mainland.

WJ Napier & Sons were one of the first contractors to be awarded with major refurbishment contracts in Belfast for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Since then we have been actively involved in high quality construction projects throughout this region.

We are also been involved in tendering for contracts in Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland. Despite our success we have not become complacent. We are fully aware of our client’s changing needs and have developed monitoring systems and key performance indicators to ensure continual reassessment and improvement in all areas of our business.

Today WJ Napier & Sons uphold the core values of the company but are kept up to date with changing methods and technology. So we continue to evolve as a company based upon traditional values, business integrity and continuous skills development.
